Request User Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to admin@sendme.today with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your Registered Mobile Number and registered email address in the email.
- Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.
Data Deletion Information
When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, etc.)
- Any stored preferences and settings
The following data will be retained for [12 months] due to legal requirements:
- Transaction history
- Saved Address
- Placed Orders
